Rossmore Island is perfectly positioned and has many places of interest nearby you may wish to explore. The island is only 5 miles from Sneem and 11 miles from Kenmare. Close by are the McGillycuddy Reeks and beyond them lie the famous lakes and town of Killarney - a one hour's drive away. Within a 90 minute drive there are the world class golf courses of Tralee, Ballybunion, Dooks, Waterville and the Ring of Kerry (only 10 minutes away).
