NB: Arrivals post 3pm Saturdays. Departures pre 10am Saturdays. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Rates for Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks will be charged at the summer rate.

WE ARE SORRY BUT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN AND PETS.
Rates can be paid by Euro bank transfer to the owner's account at the Bank of Ireland, Kenmare or with credit card via the secure Paypal system. 25% of the rental is payable at booking. The balance plus a refundable "damages" deposit of €300 is payable 6 weeks before the booking date. The damages deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the property being vacated provided there have been no damages during your stay. STRICTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY. Failure to adhere to the no smoking policy will result in a charge of €300 to dry clean curtains and rugs. The cottage is rented to include all bedding, towels, kitchenware, electricity, unlimited internet usage and trash removal and re-cycling.
